# How do I close my account?

We are sorry to hear that you are considering closing your Finst account. In case you experience any dissatisfaction, our customer service would be happy to help you find an adequate solution to your problem. In case you still wish to close your account, please ensure that all funds have been withdrawn, that there is no pending information request on your account, and send us an email at [__support@finst.com__](mailto:support@finst.com) from the email address linked to your Finst account. Your request will be processed within a few working days.
