How can I file a formal complaint?
We're sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with our services. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and we take your feedback very seriously.
If you have already contacted our customer support and feel like your issue has not been adequately resolved, you can submit a formal complaint. Our independent complaints officer will make sure a response is provided to you in accordance with our complaints policy.
**Please note: that formal complaints can only be submitted in case you are a client of Finst and have suffered a financial loss. **
To file a formal complaint:
- Please fill in the form below, or
- Send your formal complaint via email at complaints@finst.com from the email address linked to your Finst account.
Your complaint should contain detailed information about the situation so that we can best assess it. Complaints are addressed and responded to free of charge, and may be submitted in Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish or Portuguese.
We aim to acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 2 weeks and to respond to your formal complaint within a maximum of 8 weeks from the date of submission of the complaint.
