How do I close my account?

In case you experience any dissatisfaction, our customer service would be happy to help you find an adequate solution to your problem. In case you still wish to close your account, please ensure that all funds have been withdrawn from your account and send us an email at support@finst.com from the email address linked to your Finst account. Your request will be processed within a few working days.
