I forgot my username/PIN code. What do I do now?

Your username corresponds to the email address you registered with.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

1. Open the Finst app on your mobile device.
2. Make sure the email address associated with your Finst account is correctly displayed on the login screen.
3. Tap "Log in with PIN code".
4. On the next screen, tap "Reset PIN".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) process.
6. Enter your new 5-digit PIN code and confirm it.

Once completed, you can log in to your Finst account using your new PIN code.
