How long does it take to withdraw cryptocurrencies from my Finst wallet?

In general, a cryptocurrency withdrawal is processed within a few minutes up to a few hours depending on the asset and network. Please note that Finst is not able to influence the execution time of a transaction on the blockchain as this is dependent on the network activity.

In some cases, a withdrawal can be delayed due to one of the following reasons. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

• Your transaction is waiting for confirmation from the blockchain network (Finst cannot influence this process)
• You made a withdrawal to a new address which is subject to a cool-down period of up to 48h for safety reasons
• Your destination wallet address is potentially associated with a high-risk activity (such as gambling) and your transaction is being reviewed by Finst. This usually takes up to 1 business day but may take longer in some cases and your funds may be frozen or further due diligence may be performed
• You may have entered the wrong destination address or transferred through an unsupported network
